In Night at the Museum, the pair are seen inside an exhibit, which is behind a glass wall. They share an exhibit with Sacagawea, who had been their guide and interpreter, as they explored the Western United States. Both Lewis and Clark are seen bickering with one another while inside their exhibit.

- Lewis and Clark appear in a few deleted scenes.
- They first appear in a deleted scene where Larry throws a rock at the glass of their exhibit, breaking it free. They are both seen shielding themselves from the flying glass[1].
- They appear in a scene where a bus appears in front of the museum, in which the pair get on, trying to get to the Northwest Passage to the Pacific Ocean.[2]
